Ingredients


300ml Dairy free milk i.e almond, soy or coconut

1 scoop vegan protein powder

50g blueberries

3-4 pineapple chunks (i buy frozen fruit it's more convenient and available year round


Method


Blitz all ingredients together in a blender ( some protein powders may need more milk
