1 x 60 minutes consultation

Here we will discuss lifestyle, diet and symptoms and how the menopause is impacting your life.

identify specific areas that are disrupting your life and set  goals to focus on to start make a difference to your life. You will be provided with your own MenoWellness diary/journal to record and track symptoms and discuss strategies and solutions and create a  road map to help you relieve, reduce and manage symptoms to reclaim your life. You will receive our 6 week healthy eating food plan to reset healthy eating habits and be given menopause friendly exercises to help boost energy and help you lose those menopause pounds.

5 x  50 minute sessions

​

These sessions will build on  previous weeks to check in how the lifestyle changes and new implementations are effecting your symptoms, these are the sessions that we build on the new foundations that we have set, sessions are client driven where we will explore what is most important to you, maybe discussing more in-depth issues or further help with diet or 1-2-1 help with exercise or even a mixture . These sessions will empower you and  leave you feeling back in control of your life and confident to enjoy this next chapter of life's journey.
